We currently collect and process the following information:

• Client booking request information, including dates, names and clients

How we get the personal information and why we have it

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

• We have added you to our mailing list upon your request.
• We are reserving your spot with our local captains and boat owners
• We are planning, preparing and organising our manifests.

We use the information that you have given us in order to pass on to our suppliers, who are required by law to have passenger names.

We may share this information with third party suppliers, to reserve your spot, and to Escape Factor, our private ownership group. 

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information are:

(b) We have a contractual obligation.

How we store your personal information 

Your information is securely stored. We keep your details for 36 months. We will then dispose of your information by encrypted CRM removal.
