- Full payment must be made by 30 days prior to departure.

2. Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations made 30 days or more before departure will receive a 80% refund of the total amount paid.
- Cancellations made less than 30 before departure are non-refundable.
3. Travel Insurance:
- All participants are required to have their own comprehensive travel insurance that covers medical expenses, trip cancellations, and other unforeseen circumstances.
- Yogacruise UK is not liable for any losses, expenses, or damages arising from a lack of travel insurance.
4. Itinerary Changes:
- The itinerary is subject to change due to weather conditions, unforeseen circumstances, or other factors.
- Yogacruise UK reserves the right to modify the itinerary as necessary for the safety and comfort of participants.
5. Health and Fitness:
- Participants should be in good physical health and inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or dietary restrictions.
- Participation in yoga sessions and other activities is voluntary, and participants assume all risks.
6. Responsibility:
- Participants are responsible for their behavior, adherence to local laws, and respect for the environment and local communities.
- Yogacruise UK is not responsible for any personal injury, illness, theft, loss, or damage to property.
7. Limitation of Liability:
- Yogacruise UK is not liable for any direct or indirect damages, injuries, or losses incurred during the retreat.
- Participants release Yogacruise UK, its instructors, staff, and partners from any liability.
8. Force Majeure:
- Yogacruise UK is not liable for any delay, change, or cancellation due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters or political unrest.
9. Photography and Promotion:
- Participants grant Yogacruise UK the right to use their photographs for promotional purposes.
- Participants may request in writing to exclude their images from promotional materials.
